At Propall, we strive to deliver a seamless experience through our self-serve, subscription-based visualization platform. This Refund & Credit Policy outlines the terms under which payments, credits, and renewals operate for all subscribers.
Propall operates on a monthly subscription model.
Each active subscription provides users with a set number of credits every month, which can be used to generate 3D walkthroughs, renders, and videos.
All generated walkthroughs remain accessible in your account for 12 months from the date of creation.
Credits are consumed when you generate renders, videos, or walkthroughs.
Any unused credits in a given billing cycle will carry forward to the next month only if your subscription is renewed before the current billing cycle ends.
If the subscription is not renewed, all unused credits will expire at the end of that billing cycle.
All payments made to Propall are non-refundable, including cases where:
Once a payment is successfully processed, no full or partial refunds will be issued for any reason except in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors caused by Propall's billing system.
Subscriptions don't auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and previously generated walkthroughs until the end of your current billing cycle.
After cancellation, you will no longer receive new credits, and any unused credits will expire at that time.
