To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Propall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Propall operates on a monthly subscription model as outlined in our Refund & Credit Policy.

Each subscription provides a set number of credits for generating renders, videos, and walkthroughs.

Credits carry forward only if the subscription is renewed before the billing cycle ends. Unused credits expire upon non-renewal.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors caused by Propall.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Propall does not store your full payment details.

You may upload floorplans, drawings, and related project files ("User Content") to generate walkthroughs.

You retain full ownership of your User Content. Propall does not claim intellectual property rights over your uploads.

By uploading, you grant Propall a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of delivering Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use User Content with our Services.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Propall may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services (in part or whole) at any time, with or without prior notice.

Significant disruptions or prolonged outages may qualify for consideration under our refund exceptions.

You agree not to use Propall Services to:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing materials.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Propall's platform, algorithms, or generated outputs.
• Misuse credits, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with system integrity.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Propall owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, workflows, and generated outputs (excluding your uploaded User Content).

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own business or personal purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using Propall, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Propall provides its Services "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propall, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services,
• Your violation of these Terms, or
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle, after which unused credits expire.

Propall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Propall may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
